Production Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the production and manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods
- Resolve queries in a timely and effective manner
- General office administration
- Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to excellence
Experience required of the Production Administrator:
- Previous experience in production administration or a related role within a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
