About the role – You will be responsible for leading the personalized care delivered to service users with learning disabilities, on the autistic spectrum and have other health lead complex needs. This is a supported living service where service users reside in their own bespoke flats. You will over see the staff and delivery of personalized support. Duties include being hands-on, working in the services, leading and line managing your staff team and acting as a role model. You will hold the CQC registration for this supported living service and support the Managers.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required –. We are looking for a strong leader who has managed a similar setting and able to build positive relations with internal staff and external agencies. Has a thorough understanding of CQC requirements in this field and able to work in accordance with County Council contracts of Care.
