Description
- Support the finance team in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end audits.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive financial information.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
