Customer Service

Brook Street has a client based in Media City looking for Customer Service experienced staff. This is a 3 week temporary position with an immediate start and weekly pay.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (4 days) - 9am - 5pm and office based.

11.44 per hour

Immediate start!

Duties:

• inbound and outbound calls
• update CRM system
• objection handling

You must have:

• excellent customer service
• strong communication skills
• knowledge of Office 365
