Class 1 Night Driver

CLASS 1 NIGHT DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: STARTS

£16.50 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 1 Night Drivers for a well-established client based in Scunthorpe.

This will be Monday to Friday working and will be ongoing for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties

• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with Driving rules and regulations
• Trunk runs to depots
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Curtain-side work
• Strapping loads correctly

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category C+E licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving C+E vehicles
• Maximum of 6 penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

Experience driving rear steering trailers is desirable but not essential.

Training

Applicants will need to pass a driving assessment.
