Bramah HR are recruiting for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join one of our fantastic clients based close to Borough Green in Kent. This role will provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be voraciously organised have incredible attention to detail and a skilled communicator.

Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Complete business related tasks as per the instruction of senior leadership- Perform all forms of clerical duties and manage all administrative tasks- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries- Distribute calls into the business to the correct departments- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed- Manage the office environment ensuring safe working conditions- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Experience:- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a strong attention to detail- Office management experience- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
