Qualified Adults Social Worker | Living & Ageing Well Team | Sheffield
- Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Living & Ageing Well Community team
- Hybrid working
- Office base: Sheffield
- You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
- Pay rate 30ph
To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
Must be experienced to work independently, to handle complex case work including safeguarding, Court work and supporting other staff with their casework.
You will also be required to work collaboratively with other Professionals, service users and family.
You will be required to do home visits to carry out assessments involving hospital discharges.
Must be available for the interview and for immediate start if successful.
Require to have Liquid Logic experience if not then training will be provided.
