Junior Chef de Partie Salary : £23,712.00 to £29,495.86 per Annum

About :

• 48 hours/week 
• Shifts : A mixture of straight and split shifts
• Weekends included

Junior Chef de Partie Duties :

• Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development.
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Skills :

• Great cooking skills
• A good financial acumen and basic understanding of GP 

Qualification: 

• Any health and safety and Food Safety qualification
• A City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 qualification would be beneficial.
