Health and Safety Advisor

To support the HSEQ team with their Social Housing Property Maintenance Health and Safety compliance. This includes undertaking site inspections and audits, risk assessments and giving toolbox safety talks to site operatives.

Responsibilities

Conducting Health and Safety site inspections, audits and risk assessments of construction and property maintenance operations

Conducting tool-box health and safety talks to the workforce

Conducting Health and Safety Site Inductions

Produce and distribute detailed inspection and audit reports.

Engage with the regional management delivery teams to provide advice and assistance on compliance with uk H&S regulations.

Supporting the HSEQ Manager investigate reportable incidents.

Maintain a working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 (Principal Contractor)

Supporting the HSEQ Manger develop Construction Phase Plans and monitoring the construction phase.

Stay updated on the latest H&S Regulations and best practice.

Qualifications

Essential: NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction or equivalent

Preferred: Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Academically Qualified Person (AQP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
