Title: Field Line Manager
The Company:
Large national NSI accredited Fire and Security Company are seeking Field Line Managers in the London area. This company offer a wide range of Fire and Security Protection with over 8000 customers nationwide. They have an impressive portfolio of many high-end manufacturers and a diverse range of customers, in various sectors.
Package:
£45,000 - £50,000 basic + Car Allowance (OTE £50,000 - £55,000)
Bonus scheme
Company Van or Car Allowance depending on preference
25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Plant, specialist tools, equipment, stock, uniform and PPE supplied
Main Responsibilities:
2+ years’ experience working in the Fire Systems industry in a Supervisor or a Management role
5+ years’ experience working with Fire alarms and experience with Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec and Protec would be advantageous
Overseeing and managing customer interfaces and being the main point of contact for clients
Proactively work to seek out opportunities to grow current and new contracts organically, maximising repeat business and scope
Concise and accurate internal reporting
Resolve systemic issues providing short, medium and long-term solutions
Operational management and delivery of all relevant contracts in South East London with some National Contracts which may be UK-wide
Knowledge and experience:
2+ years’ experience working in the Fire Systems industry in a Supervisor or a Management role
5+ years’ experience working with Fire alarms and experience with Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec and Protec would be advantageous
Proven track record in Management or Supervisor role in the Fire Systems Industry
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues
