East Devon
ASAP start!
A locally based, focussed and collaborative construction services provider with a passion for delivery is seeking to expand their team of professionals with an interim Site Manager for a forthcoming development.
The scheme, a new timber framed housing development in a village setting, requires an experienced Manager to assume daily responsibility for sub-contractor management, Health & safety and programme delivery - You would have involvement from day 1 through the groundworks phase (to include an access road) and beyond.
In addition to having the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work), you'll also need to have previous experience of managing smaller developments from start to finish.
This is a temporary contract role of 12 weeks or so weeks but could pave the way to something more permanent if desired, subject to performance and workload.
If you could be free imminently and you're keen to hear more, please call us today on (phone number removed)!
