Salary: c60k-70k basic plus benefits package inc car allowance, pension etc.
Company & Project: A profitable and privately owned chartered surveying practice operating across the Commercial sector are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. The successful business, are seeking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a long term project for a prestigious client.
Our client has as an exciting project list secured for the next 18 months+ and they are looking for a Surveyor to work on this major project for their prestigious and repeat clients in the local area.
There is a clear pathway for promotion and development to a leadership role within the business, with no ceiling for growth in this established company.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading projects c20m.
You will be responsible for concept to completion cost management, including but not limited to - cost planning, variations, tender analysis, contract administration, cost reporting, change management, employers agent and final accounts.
Desirable Experience:
- 5 years+ post-grad experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with a chartered surveying practice or consultancy.
- Excellent client facing skills and experience working in both pre and post contract surveying.
- Previous Roles: Quantity Surveyor OR Cost Manager OR Intermediate QS OR QS OR MRICS Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or comparable qualification.
