(Pharma, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Refrigeration etc.)

Essential Requirements / Experience:

·The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 + years in a hands on Engineering position (R&D Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer etc.)

·This person must have an engineering / manufacturing background

·Strong exposure to product development / NPI

·Exposure to design would be desirable but not essential

·Must be a hungry and driven individual that wants to put their own stamp on an expanding role with the ability to work and fit into a small team

The Role

• This role is a perfect opportunity for a Research and Development Engineer to take the next step in there career in a varied and challenging role
• 70% new products to market, initially 30% focussing on developing existing product range
• The role itself is a split role working on multiple cutting edge projects at one time
• You could find yourself hands on testing products within the Test and R&D facilitate, through to problem solving on the shop floor, providing basic designs for test solutions / test rigs and products themselves through to projects management keeping the customer up to date at all times
• We are looking for someone to work in a small team within the test and R&D function while working closely with design and engineers on bespoke machinery projects
