The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club is set in 225 wooded acres, this secluded hotel has a pool, a spa and a gym, with good motorway access. This luxurious 113-bedroom Hotel presents the Club House, the perfect place to enjoy delicious food. The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club also has 8 conference rooms and can accommodate up to 120 delegates.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking Chefs of all Levels who want to move forward in their career by using flair and creativeness in the kitchen. If this is you, we would love to hear from you.

As a member of our skilled kitchen team you will:

• Ensure quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene within the kitchen.
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality.
• Observe the health, hygiene, fire, and other legal and statutory requirements affecting the kitchen.
