8.30am to 9.30am start to 4.30pm to 5.30pm finish with a 30 minute lunch break

This position is to cover maternity and is to start June 2024 until May 2025. This could be a great opportunity to further your customer service skills by having experience with a leading brand that could then help you with other opportunities once the contract comes to an end. This role will start immediately for the right person.

The client that I am representing wants a passionate and driven individual who wants to work hard and deliver exceptional customer service to their clients.

The role would suit someone who has worked within retail previously and maybe had some office based experience along the way but this is not essential. However you need to have a proven track record of dealing with customers directly and resolving queries effectively.

If successful in the role you will be responsible for the account management of national and key accounts. This will involve liaising with customers daily on the phone and email, taking sales orders, advising on delivery dates and resolving queries. You will be the main point of contact for the customer and will work with your wider team to ensure that an excellent level of customer service is delivered at all times. 

You would be joining a team of 20 with 6 doing this role on a day to day basis. The team are passionate about the brand, love to socialise, have fun and are very welcoming to new team members. They want to succeed as a team.

The training is over a 6 week period so that you get a full insight into the brand, the products, the customers and the systems. After the 6 week period you will be supported by the team to ensure that your learning is put into practice. At this point you will be able to work 1 day from home. 

This role will allow you to really make a difference to your customers and offers opportunities for career growth. What we need for this role:

Great communication skills
Good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge and a keen interest in the fashion industry

This role is ideally to start in June 2024 dependant on notice periods.
