You will join a dynamic and down-to-earth law firm within their expanding employment team.

The employment team is ranked a top tier, and advises a plethora of employer clients ranging from SMEs, and multinational and global corporations to the occasional senior executives and employees needing support with settlement negotiations and potential claims.

The team is well-equipped to advise these clients across the full breadth of employment issues from managing Tribunal claims for employers and employees, to supporting clients with employee relations issues, general HR advisory matters and providing support to the corporate team.

Requirements

  • This role will suit individuals with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background supporting employer clients across contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Willingness and desire to engage in the firms business development initiatives.
