The Role: Junior Property Solicitor/ Paralegal to assist in all aspects of legal property work.

Title: Junior Property Solicitor/Paralegal

The Role: Junior Property Solicitor/ Paralegal to assist in all aspects of legal property work whose responsibilities will include:

*Providing legal support and guidance on a wide range of property matters including, drafting landlord and tenant notices, advising on boundary disputes, nuisance matters, and generally assisting with legal property maintenance issues.*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various property agreements and letters, including licences for alterations, scaffolding licences, crane licences, wayleave agreements, short term licences to occupy and agreements between landlords and tenants on various matters. *Conducting property due diligence, such as title searches and title deed reviews. *Assisting in the resolution of property related disputes such as: landlord and tenant disputes, access disputes, party wall matters and property damage claims. *Carrying out legal research, document management and administrative tasks to support the overall operation and efficiencies of the legal property work.
