Resource Matters have been retained by a wonderful IFA firm to recruit an Financial Services Sales Manager for their Truro Branch to support a team of 20 regulated Financial Advisors and support staff.

As the Financial Services Sales Manager you are a natural leader and skilled in all aspects of coaching, developing and managing a team of Financial Advisors; from sales management to coaching and mentoring, through to supporting on strategy and business development.As the Financial Services Sales Manager you thrive on unlocking hidden potential amongst your team by spotting opportunities for personal and professional development, and challenging new ideas and concepts.As the Financial Services Sales Manager you lead from the front, with an intrinsic understanding of Financial Services, and want to put what you know into practice by contributing towards the future vision and strategy, propositional evolution and design.

You will hold budgetary responsibility

Accountable for the day-to-day management of your team, training, coaching and mentoring.

Working closely with the senior management team supporting the national strategy for growth and development.

You will be home and office based but have the capacity to lead a client-facing team which are spread across your region.

You will have significant experience of retail financial advice and working with teams of Financial Planners.

Level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent.
