Our resourcing team provides you with candidates whilst our BD team ensures you have enough roles to work on. All you have to do is to close the deals.

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join the first smart recruitment company in the world to work within one of the existing teams or to build your own division and team.

You are the right person for this awesome opportunity if you:

  • have at least 3 years experience working in recruitment or can show extraordinary success in years 1/2;

  • value your relationships and your network;

  • can close deals with your eyes closed;

  • constantly strive to be the best version of yourself;

  • welcome feedback and constructive criticism to transform it into self improvement.

Day to day duties include:

  • lots of warm/hot calls with candidates your resourcing team arranges for you;

  • manage interview processes and close deals;

  • creating and nurturing relationships with talent.

What you DON'T have to do:

  • Business development (we have positions for BD lovers too)

  • Meet meaningless KPI targets, we want to help you identify measures that help you be more successful. Number of calls is not one of them!

  • Resource candidates all day.

  • Admin.
