·Job Type: Full-time – 3 days office / 2 days from home

·Salary: up to £30,000 + Phone + Laptop + Commission structure of up to 30%!

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Our office is based in Ware and just a 10-minute talk from the train station, there is free parking and we can offer training, development and offer a comprehensive training programme to guide you on your career path into the property finance market.

Day-to-day of the role:

·Engage in full-cycle recruitment processes to source, screen, and place top talent.

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a perfect match.

·Utilise various sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage with potential candidates.

·Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

·Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

·Meet and exceed personal and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·Proven experience in recruitment 

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
