Healthy Careers are currently searching for an Injection Mould Tool Maker based in Stevenage.

Salary upto 42,000

Working Hours:

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, Fridays from 08:00 to 16:00 (totaling 41.5 hours per week)
• Overtime opportunities available as needed

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating manual milling machines proficiently
• Demonstrating proficiency in lathe operation
• Utilizing surface and cylindrical grinders effectively
• Skilled operation of both manual and CNC spark eroders
• Competent operation of CNC wire eroders
• Performing modifications and repairs on Injection Mould Tools
• Fabricating and installing new injection mould tools
• Utilizing various hand tools including files, hacksaws, and grinders
• Proficient in general toolmaking, milling, grinding, and fitting tasks
• Wiring Hot runner systems and conducting fault diagnosis when necessary

Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:

• Extensive experience in injection mould Toolmaking and high precision machining
• Proficiency in fitting and assembling complex mould tools, including repair work
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards
