Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across various age groups and subjects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during class activities and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) as needed.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance.
  • Contribute to the overall welfare and development of students.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students of all abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from teachers.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with standard school hours. Occasional flexibility may be required.
