Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a leading national Public sector organisation, to recruit a Procurement Officer.
This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, allowing for 2 days working from home. Initially the role is on-site until the successful candidate is settled in.
This position would suit an individual with a junior public sector procurement background, ideal for an individual looking for progression.
Role:
- Running direct awards and further competitions
- Develop under and over threshold tenders
- Liaise with stakeholders and answer questions / queries
- Working under national frameworks
Individual:
- Strong administrative skills would be ideal
- Best suited to an individual with experience working with frameworks
- Ideal for a candidate with a Public procurement background
