Our client is looking for a full-time Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Commercial Team at their head office in Stockton. A competitive, market driven package will be offered to right candidate.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Support and/or manage residential Roads/Sewer and Groundwork sites
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct timely valuations and process payments to the supply chain.
- Identifying, valuing and agreement of any variations from drawing design changes and incidental type works requested on site.
- Analyse budgets and ensure compliance with contracted responsibilities.
- Production of monthly profit & loss reporting
Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Maths/Statistics/Economics or a Construction/Commercial discipline
- Maths qualification at GCSE (minimum grade 6) or A-Level (minimum grade B
- Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately our client does not accept a post Grad Visa)
- Experience in Quantity Surveyor role as part of internship or
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Full Driving Licence

- Salary £25000 - £30000 DOE
