- Using Land Registry Portal.
- Sending and receiving faxes and emails
- Filing Stamp Duty Land Transaction returns.
- Filing.
- Audio typing on digital audio system.
- Maintaining diaries.
- Making and taking telephone calls.
- Inputting timesheets on case manager.
- Photocopying.
- Completing cashier slips for cheques, cash and bank transfers or dealing with them via case manager.
- Requesting files from storage.
- Closing files.
- Covering for others as required.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all practice and client documentation and information.
- Ensuring that outstanding client care is given at all times.
- Any other duties that are reasonably asked of you by the partners.
