This is a uniquely created and rare opportunity for an Office Manager to join a well-established, successful team in Mildenhall.

In this close knit team, your role will be integral to the smooth running of the entire business.

As well as managing a small team, you'll be responsible for, or involved in, the following areas:

  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Marketing
  • Quality
  • IT
  • Health & Safety
  • Order Processing / Planning
  • Administration
  • Basic HR and finance tasks

If you have experience in some, but not all, of the areas listed above, but would be happy to learn then do still apply!

Crucially, we're looking for a pro-active all-rounder who enjoys managing/developing people and being the "go-to" person in the office, as well as having multiple areas of focus, meaning lots of plate-spinning is required!

A problem-solving approach along with great attention to detail is essential in addition to experience in the following areas:

  • International Shipping & Customs - Import and export
  • Quality/QMS
  • Supplier management
  • HR support

Experience of auditing to ISO standards would be useful, as would any sales, health & safety, marketing or IT experience.

Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional flexibility to suit different time zones and shipping schedules
