Are you an experienced PA/EA? Are you looking to move into a PA/EA role? Have you got administration experience?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support our client's CEO. As a PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize complex travel itineraries, considering preferences and optimizing costs.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed.

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a PA or executive assistant is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and work independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
