Scheduling Manager- Stratford - Make a Real Impact
Randstad is seeking a passionate and experienced Scheduling manager to join our dynamic team based in Stratford. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your strategic thinking and hands-on scheduling expertise to create intuitive and efficient scheduling processes.
The Role:
You will be responsible for system administration, developing and maintaining scheduling business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize improvements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling solution.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Setting up new operatives and maintaining existing ones; acting as the main point of contact for our external provider.
- Scheduling Strategy: Developing and articulating a clear vision and strategy for our scheduling solution.
- Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize the scheduling improvement plan.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a scheduling role, working with a dynamic scheduling solution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 37,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm, based in the office.
