We are looking for a Garden Plant Area Supervisor for a client operating a multi-faceted business including a garden retail section selling a variety of plants. Relevant experience is required.

Job role
- Leading the team to maintain and enhance the plant area
- Giving excellent advice and customer service
- Managing day to day operations - re-stocking, merchandising and ensuring plant health
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of plants, seasonal trends and common issues
Required attributes
- Experience in a supervisory role working with plants is preferred
- Physical fitness to perform lifting tasks and carrying and bending
- IT literate - have an understanding of computer systems
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Passion for working outside in nature
