Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Sudbury

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of soft services facilities on a static fast paced contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of soft facilities on the site
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing support to other departments as required
  • Managing contractors and external suppliers
  • Managing budgets and controlling costs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management role
  • Strong knowledge of building services industry
  • Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
