The Company:Night Wright are working with a Professional Services business in Tyne & Wear who are looking to expand their Marketing Team with an experienced Executive.The business have been on a growth trajectory and are now at +£100million TO and looking for an individual to seize the opportunity to grow their career in parallel with the company’s growth.This is an opportunity for someone to come into the business and manage events, handle client comms, attend conferences and enjoy some corporate travel to enhance the brand.The Role:•    Produce innovative ideas and concepts for national events. •    Social; post and repurpose content across our social channels.•    Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategy and national offices, supporting campaigns, and local initiatives. •    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and end to end campaigns to create awareness and drive engagement of B2B, B2C and internal audiences. •    Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.•    Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials - brochures, presentations, case studies and supporting materials. Coordinate the production of print materials such as brochures through print portals to support national offices.•    Liaise with agencies to communicate branding messages effectively.•    Manage the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing activities. Analysis/ROI; pull together data for the Head of Marketing and track the marketing spend.The Person:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing/comms role.
  • Previous experience of working within Professional Services is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of working on high profile, national events for B2B and B2C audiences is essential. Must be willing to travel.
  • Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
