Adecco Sutton Coldfield are currently recruiting for an experienced 'Warehouse Team Lead' to oversee a small team of warehouse professionals and ensure daily motivations are managed effectively.
Our client is based within the heart of Sutton Coldfield and have been leading within the wholesale industry for well over a decade!
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to climb the ranks and progress within a warehousing environment. You will be a crucial part of the management team and all new and innovative ideas are welcomed! Being able to think outside of the box and put your own spin on the day-to-day running is essential.
The day-to-day duties
- Stock control and inventory management
- Operational management - Overseeing a team of 5+
- Task delegation
- KPI/SLA control
- General staffing support
- Managing general HR processes such as annual leave, sickness, etc.
What do you need from me?
- Experience of managing a team (small or large)
- Experience in KPI management
- Confident, clear communication style.
- Team management skills.
- Proven motivator and positive energy.
