Roles Available: We currently have three rewarding roles available within Adults and Children with Disabilities teams. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you support, working collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the individual needs of adults and children with disabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and intervention to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other agencies to coordinate care and support services.
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they require.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in working with adults and/or children with disabilities.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • 2 years post qualification experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to adult and child safeguarding.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
