About the Role
As IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the school's technology services. You will be responsible for day-to-day support, systems management, and ensuring the IT infrastructure meets the needs of both staff and pupils. Working within a collaborative team, you will help deliver excellent service, maintain systems, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver user training and create support documentation.
- Maintain IT assets, hardware, and software updates.
- Administer user accounts and access controls.
- Support IT projects and change management processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance IT services.
About You
- Hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Experience delivering user training and documentation.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
