Previous experience within food production, especially bakery is essential to apply for that role!!!
This is a Night shift role 00:00-08:00 however flexibility is required.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 so you need to be prepared to work weekends.
Pay rate is 13.33 to 14.87 per hour (26000-29000 per year) DOE
Temporary to Permanent
Main Duties:
- Support Production Manager with all aspects of running operations.
- Prepare weekly rotas for staff
- Manage staff holidays
- Organising production plans along with Production Manager
- Train staff on all aspects of production including training and Development plans
- Attending any training required by the business
- Take part in internal and external audits and contribute to improve processes.
- Perform Risk Assessments when required.
