- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technical and engineering sector.
- Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create job descriptions and adverts to inform potential candidates of opportunities.
- Visit client sites to gain insights into how their business works.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer centric role preferably within an office or professional services environment. Or a background within the Engineering sector with a passion and drive to sales.
- Excellent professional telephone manner when speaking to stakeholders at various levels.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of local businesses is advantageous
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
