We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join a prominent and established firm in Tamworth. We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked department who will provide a quality legal service, assisting a varied client base in the West MidlandsAreas of expertise include:

Company formation
Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
Management buy-outs & buy-ins
Memorandum & articles of association
Corporate restructuring
Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions
Terms of business and share options

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years' PQE with broad experience of commercial and corporate matters. Excellent communication skills with good commercial acumen will be essential.
