A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a Leading Employment team in Tamworth. The firm offers hybrid working, free onsite parking, healthcare along with top quality work! 

The team

This employment solicitor role sits within a team that is recognised in the Legal 500 as one of the leading employment teams in the West Midlands. 

The role 

You will join a small but reputable team working alongside the head of department handling your own caseload of employment matters, largely unsupervised. Work will cover Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination, Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal, Disciplinary & Grievance, TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy. 

About you 

To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role you must have at least 5 years PQE along with the desire and motivation to get involved in the networking and business development of the department. You should live within a 40-minute drive of the firms Tamworth office with the ability to undertake work for both companies and individuals.
