OnePlace Solutions Ltd are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tamworth Town Centre.
We are seeking to speak to all individuals whether you are experienced working within the industry looking for their next step or someone taking their first step into Recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
- Candidate engagement - Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
- Registering candidates and booking them into work
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis and maintaining relationships
- Conducting market research
- Attending new and existing client meetings
- Carrying out inductions/walkarounds for potential candidates
Skills required:
- Ability to work part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to build relationships
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
