My client is looking for an Associate Director / Director to head up their Commercial Agency team.
You will be joining a well-established firm who have been providing expert property advice for over 90 years. They specialise in all areas of real estate services including; Commercial Agency,
Investment, Development Consultancy, Landlord and Tenant advice, Valuation, Building Surveying and
Commercial Property Management. Their client base includes many local businesses and private individuals as well as national companies, banks, building societies, pension funds, developers, properties companies and local authorities. You will be joining the Commercial Agency team and will benefit from the collaborative nature of the company and cross-specialism support.
The Role:
You will be focusing on disposals and acquisitions of offices, industrial, retail and mixed used properties as well as providing strategic advice for a wide range of clients including portfolio and estate landlords, developers, property companies, local authorities and office occupiers throughout South West London, Surrey, Middlesex and the surrounding areas. You will be contributing to research pieces as well as creating and carrying out marketing campaigns on behalf of clients. You will also need to negotiate detailed heads of terms with applicants and opposing agents meaning excellent communication skills are an essential requirement.
Our Requirements:
- Ideally MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
- Acquisitions and disposals experience
- Landlord and Tenant experience (not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of generating new business and cross selling company service lines
- Excellent organisational and timekeeping ability
- Proven track record in a similar senior role
