- Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating a team in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong training and development background
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail for stock control, management and ordering.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
- A strong passion for the beauty, spa and wellness industry, keeping up to date with industry trends
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy
- Experience working in 5 star luxury spa
- Own transport required due to remote location
- Previous experience of leadership or management
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
