Hunter Mason is representing a leading Roofing and Scaffolding contractor in the search for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Watton, Norwich. We're focused on planned external works, including Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and we need your expertise to ensure smooth operations.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Site Manager, your role will involve supervising and managing our contractors as they work on roofing and scaffolding projects. Your focus will be on safety, efficiency, and meeting project deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections before and after works
Leading progress meetings
Overseeing day-to-day project delivery
Experience & Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
CSCS Card
Current DBS or willingness to undertake a DBS Check
First Aid certification
Knowledge of various roofing and scaffolding trades
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Full Clean Driving License
