Learning Support Assistant | Full Time | Immediate Start

A post-16 specialist college in Uxbridge is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their wonderful team of educators. This is a full-time role and will be starting as soon as possible.

About you and your role as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Empathetic, patient, and caring individual
  • Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities or special educational needs
  • Experience with personal care, hoisting, feeding, and medication administration
  • Experience working in an education environment
  • Basic ICT skills
  • Ensure students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
  • Prepare and upkeep learning environment ensuring resources are in place and cleared away at the end of the session
  • Encourage students to progress on their chosen career paths
