A post-16 specialist college in Uxbridge is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their wonderful team of educators. This is a full-time role and will be starting as soon as possible.

About you and your role as a Learning Support Assistant
- Empathetic, patient, and caring individual
- Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities or special educational needs
- Experience with personal care, hoisting, feeding, and medication administration
- Experience working in an education environment
- Basic ICT skills
- Ensure students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
- Prepare and upkeep learning environment ensuring resources are in place and cleared away at the end of the session
- Encourage students to progress on their chosen career paths
