Primary Teacher (SEN)
  • Annual Salary: Up to £45,000

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Middlesex.  If you have a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learning styles and abilities of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to promote the well-being and progress of students.
  • Assess and record students’ progress, preparing reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually develop professional skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and making a difference.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
