We are urgently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Middlesex. If you have a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of SEN students.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learning styles and abilities of each child.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to promote the well-being and progress of students.
- Assess and record students’ progress, preparing reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student development.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually develop professional skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and making a difference.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
