Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:
- manage & support management accounts team
- Ensure production of monthly accounts for all subsidiary companies
- Prepare management accounts for selected companies
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Review balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly staff expenses
- Assist in the preparation of the annual audit
Profile
The successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing and production industry.
- Strong leadership/line manager skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent management accounting skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
Job Offer
