Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a public sector organisation, on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Night Support Worker:
- Complete support plans and risk assessments
- Signpost clients to other services within the community
- Complete housing benefit, council tax and universal credit claims
- Assist in the referrals process
Essential Requirements of the Night Support Worker:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
