Recruitment Consultant ( Temp)

Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant within the Business Support division at Reed in Epsom. Day-to-day of the role:

Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including networking, headhunting, and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable vacancies.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Work towards individual and team targets in a competitive environment.
Stay informed about market trends and leverage this knowledge to provide insightful consultation to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
