Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly
- Assist in making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy
- Kitchen Portering may be required at times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the culinary team with various tasks as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and protocols
- Help with catering orders and restaurant service
- Collaborate with cooks and chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills:

- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in meal preparation and basic culinary skills
- Familiarity with kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus
