Key Responsibilities

  • Cashbook - Accurate and timely posting to keep finances on track.
  • Bank Reconciliation - Ensure accounts reflect reality by reconciling bank statements efficiently.
  • Expense Processing - Handling expenses with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Cheque Issuance - Managing cheque payments, adding an extra layer of security to financial transactions.
  • Leasehold & Ground Rent - Tackle queries and payments related to leaseholds, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Management Accounts Support - Assist in preparing and presenting key financial reports.
  • Journal Postings - Keeping books updated with timely journal entries.
  • Fixed Asset Register - Maintain and update fixed assets, ensuring accurate records.
  • Vehicle Fleet Management - Oversee fleet operations, optimising costs and efficiency.
  • VAT Returns & PAYE Payments - Handle these critical tasks with diligence and accuracy.

About You:

  • Organisation skills - Juggle multiple tasks with ease, keeping everything in order.
  • Tech-Savvy - Comfortable navigating various computer systems and software.
  • Customer Service - Strong interpersonal skills to serve both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Spirit - Collaborative mindset, always ready to pitch in and help the team.
  • AAT Qualified - Hold an AAT qualification or equivalent
