They handle a diverse range of groundworks for both domestic and commercial properties, serving local and national developers alike. This includes managing earthworks, foundations, piling, masonry work, finished floors, paths, and driveways to ensure exceptional results.
With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking an experienced and talented Commercial Manager to join their team.
As the Commercial Manager, you'll be required to oversee and manage all commercial operations, ensuring efficient performance and accurate reporting. You will collaborate closely with Directors to meet established budget and profit goals and offer advice and guidance on all commercial affairs.
Other duties and responsibilities to include:
- Taking full responsibility for company profit and loss
- Participating in business enhancement initiatives
- Guaranteeing comprehension and compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and policies
- Ensuring timely and precise reporting of commercial performance
- Overseeing the creation of reliable cash flow forecasts and reports
- Offering guidance to the Regional Management Team on contractual affairs
